At Women’s Work Charitable Trust, Kadi, we are dedicated to empowering women by providing them with skills that create self-reliance and financial independence. One of our key initiatives is Khakhra Making Training and Production.

In this program, women come together to prepare traditional Gujarati khakhra with teamwork and dedication. As shown in the pictures, they are actively involved in rolling, roasting, and preparing khakhras with precision. The final products are neatly packaged, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, and are made ready for sale in the local and wider markets.

This initiative not only generates sustainable income for women but also revives traditional food practices, strengthens community bonds, and instills confidence among participants. Every khakhra they make is a symbol of hard work, empowerment, and self-reliance.
